Terms & Conditions
The “U Stars Supermarket Spin & Sure Win!” (the “Contest”) is organised by U Stars Supermarket Pte Ltd and U Stars Pte Ltd located at 23 Serangoon North Avenue 5, BTC Centre, #06-03, Singapore 554590 (collectively, “The Organizer”).
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with these terms and conditions and any other rules, terms or conditions applicable to the Contest. Non-compliance with or breach of any of these terms and conditions may disqualify a participant at any stage of the Contest, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
1. Duration
This contest is valid for purchases made between 11 December 2020 to 13 December 2020, 18 December 2020 to 20 December 2020 and 25 December 2020 to 27 December 2020 from 9am to 11pm.
2. Eligibility
This Contest is open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, Employment Pass Holders and Work Permit Holders aged 18 and above as of 1st Jan 2020. Employees of The Organizer, its related companies and agencies and appointed distributors are not eligible to participate in this Contest. Participants below 18 years old as at 1st Jan 2020 must obtain consent of parents or legal guardians and by participating in this Contest, it is deemed that consent has been obtained.
3. Contest Mechanics
To be eligible, each Participant must purchase a minimum $30 ($20 for payment made via FavePay) worth of products# in a single receipt at any of the participating outlets* to be entitled to 1 chance on the “Spin & Sure Win” wheel. Participants must present a same-day receipt from U Stars Supermarket to be eligible for the spin. Each participant is limited to a maximum of 4 spins per day at the same outlet.
Each lucky participant stands to win any one of the following prizes: (Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.)

4. Prize Collection
All winners must collect their prizes instantly at the participating outlets (where they made the purchase and spun the wheel) after the spin.
5. Publicity
The Organizer shall reserve the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the Spin the Wheel winner(s) and photographs/content submitted by the participants for the Spin the Wheel as materials for the purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity, without any prior notice to the Spin the Wheel winner(s) and the Spin the Wheel winner(s) shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation materials from the Organizer or its affiliates.
By participating in this Spin the Wheel, you are deemed to have given your consent to photography and/or videography of the prize presentation for purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity.
6. Liability
The Contest winner(s) shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) resulting from their participation in this Contest, redemption and/or usage of the prizes. The Organizer or its affiliates shall not be responsible for any liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) in any manner whatsoever.
All costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest and to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the participants.
7. Suspension
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this Contest in the event that it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted or any other causes beyond the control of the Organizer, despite the best efforts of the Organizer.
8. Organizer’s Rights
The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Contest without prior notice.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Organizer retains all propriety rights to the intellectual property used for this Contest and owns the copyright to all contents within.
10. Consent to Personal Data Usage for Marketing and Promotional Material Distribution
By participating in the Contest, you agree that the Organizer may collect, use and disclose your personal data for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012:
- for the provision and distribution of marketing and promotional materials in relation to this Contest and for future promotions related to the Organizer
# Purchase of Cigarettes , Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards alone are excluded from calculation of the qualifying minimum spend:, statutory items (4D, Singapore Sweep, TOTO).
